We offer unlimited access to the unit during standard opening hours. For extended hours access please talk to one of our team to arrange. |

You will be required to sign a standard storage agreement before moving your goods on site. |

No, but to guarantee a unit to suit your specific requirements, it is advisable to reserve a unit in advance. |

Yes, a trained member of staff is on site at all times during opening hours. |

Yes, we will discuss your requirements with you and advise you of the most suitable unit for your needs, The management of the stored documents will be controlled by you or your staff. You will have complete control over your own data. |

| How do I Pay? |
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque, Standing Orders, Direct Debit and Cash as payment
( However, we do not accept cash as first payment). |

| Are there any hidden costs? |
The price you are quoted by our staff includes your storage charge, rates, service charges, utility bills & maintenance costs. You will need a padlock to secure your room and your goods will need to be insured while they are in storage. A refundable deposit equal to 4 weeks storage charge is payable at the commencement of storage & is refundable once you vacate your storage room. |

What notice do I need to give when vacating?

We only ask for 7 days notice and we will refund you any unused monies due. |

Do you have trolleys available?
|
Yes! There are a number of trolleys & pallet trucks available for our customers use. We also have a forklift available for hire for heavier goods which can be operated on your behalf by one of our trained staff. |

Do you do removals?
|
No, we are purely a self storage centre, however we will be happy to recommend local removal companies to you. The companies we recommend are our trusted partners and have worked with us since we first opened. However You can avail of a self Van free to move belongings into storage. |

Can I transfer to another room
If my needs change?

You are welcome to move to another size room at anytime, depending on your storage requirements and the availability of other room sizes |
