Hi my name is Carol Broe and I work for NCBI which is the National Council for the Blind of Ireland.
We are a not for profit charitable organisation which helps support and give services to people who suffer with eye sight problems. The aim of NCBI is to promote full independence for people who are blind or visually impaired.
We have 114 stores nationwide and through these stores we raise funds to support the services we offer. We found ourselves in need of extra storage capacity because of changes we had to make in stores in order to reopen post Covid. Because of space limitations within the stores and having to quarantine donations for a period of 72 hours we found that using Wm. O’Brien Self Storage gives us the advantage that we can continue to accept the high volume of donations we get into the stores from our customers and donors.
The whole process from start to finish has been very seamless from my first enquiry to the initial set-up of the units. The staff were extremely helpful in answering any queries that I had in relation to the units.
The location is ideal for myself and my drivers. 24/7 access is also very beneficial to us. And overall it’s been a great experience dealing with Wm. O’Brien’s.
